Real con artists! Sell budget tyres, convince customers they are better than the big brands and charge premium prices. Many tyres on the racks are past their usable age! No genuine knowledge or skill base here, just think they know everything and everyone else does it wrong, but in reality they just bodge everything. Store operator has the worst people skills I've ever come across! The slurs I've heard come out of his mouth were disgusting! Wouldn't spend a penny here! Although not linked with other HiQ stores around the country it has put me off of ever considering using any of their centres.
Overall not a bad experience. I went in with an emergency as I was running on my space typer. They were the third garage i had been to. I ended up having to replays 2 typer and went for the the high end typers because I do a lot of millege. It was good service and okay price.
Good. A bit on the dear side but handily placed for those that live in the village.
Having popped in to find tyres for a ford Mondeo. I wasn't offered a selection but told that the Apollo tyres would be great at a reasonable cost. 82.50 + VAT. For a tyre make I have never heard of it seemed a bit on the high side. Being pushed for time I took what they offered as they do tyres and I do computers. Having googled it when home I paid well over the odds. Well the service was great. I have yet to find out how these tyres will work out. They don't have a good review for fuel(e) grip(c). So hence the bad review. If you want to rip someone off then at least supply reasonable tyres that are over priced. Disappointed first time customer
